Journey to Health

Do you want health, energy and to look fabulous?

On this 1 day workshop you will learn how to start from where you are right now and develop your own personal journey plan to get where you want to be.

The workshop will cover:

  • How to decide which foods are healthy and which are not
  • How you eat and digest your food
  • Food combining
  • Hydrating your body
  • Breathing
  • Exercise
  • Relaxation and sleep
  • Chemicals and toxins
  • Building a support network

One full day of teaching and workshop exercises (10:00am – 5:00pm)

Your Journey to Health plan, which you will work towards completing throughout the workshop
