Nutrition 1-1 Consultations
When you have specific health issues to address I recommend that you book a 1-1 consultation.
What will I experience during a 1-1 consultation?
First I will ask you lots of detailed questions about the problems you are experiencing and the food that you are eating right now. Next I will explain how food affects your health and discuss changes that will allow you to restore your health.
Most clients see me at least 3 times at 3-4 week intervals to stay on track with the changes they are making and to move on to the next part of their journey.
Nutrition Workshops and Retreats
Experience making and eating healthier food options on one of our workshops or retreats. Our workshops include Healthy Desserts, Adventures in Raw, and Journey to Health. Our retreats focus on pampering or healing. If you are looking for something unique then you can have an experience tailor made to suit your needs.
Healthy Desserts is an excellent choice for parties. It can be time flexible – minimum 3 hours – up to a full day. The workshops are great fun and you will also have created your own decadent, indulgent dessert to celebrate your special occasion. And I promise that you won’t even believe it is healthy!
We have successfully run workshops for hen parties, adult birthday parties, retirement parties, reunion events and corporate team building events.
What will I experience on a workshop or retreat?
Workshops are designed to be very interactive because we learn best by doing. On a Healthy Desserts or Adventures in Raw workshop you will be both making and tasting the food on the day. This gives our participants greater confidence to use what they have learned when they return home.
Retreats can also be hands on or they can be a blissful experience in being pampered – during any retreat you will be served healthy, nutritious food.

After leaving a workshop or retreat we hope that you will be inspired to go home and make changes to the food you eat on a daily basis so that you will have radiant health, abundant energy and live a longer life.
